- Clare Walsh (BSc Hons, Animal Science), with over 5 years' experience in cattle scanning.
- Dr Sarah Vermont (BSc Bioveterinary science, PhD).
- Catherine Stowell (MSc Medical Ultrasound), with over 5 years' ultrasound experience, specialising in echocardiography.
- Peter May (BVMS(Hons) DBR MRCVS), one of the UK's leading cattle vets. With over 30 years' experience in bovine reproduction, ultrasound, AI, embryo transfer and IVF. Peter teaches across the UK and abroad.
- Yvette Lovis (BSc Hons Diagnostic Radiology, PGC Medical Ultrasound, PGdip), specialist obstetric and reproductive sonographer, with 18 years of scanning experience.


This course is run only once a year, and is strictly limited to only 6 students per course. It provides hands-on scanning experience, as well as indepth coverage of bovine reproduction, ultrasound operation and safety, infection control and the law. The syllabus is approved by DEFRA, and successful completion of this course grants you legal exemption, permitting you to perform reproductive scans on cattle in the United Kingdom. As the most stringent qualification obtainable for non-veterinarians, it also sets you apart as a true professional in the animal scanning industry.
