The following video was taken by bovine veterinarians in Bulgaria, for whom endometritis is a serious problem for their cattle. It is a condition which is almost impossible to palpate or detect, or even to quickly and accurately diagnose on lower resolution ultrasound scanners. The high resolution of the Draminski iScan makes this condition extremely easy to spot - the pus can quite clearly be seen inside the uterus here. Were it amniotic fluid, it would show as black, particularly at what would appear as an early stage of pregnancy.
